Ben Klyachman, DO

Dr. Klyachman is a board-certified specialist with extensive experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He completed his residency at prestigious institutions and has dedicated his career to helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic pain conditions.

Dr. Manish Mammen is a board-certified physiatrist and fellowship-trained specialist in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn.

As Chairman of PM&R at Mercy Hospital, he directs the acute inpatient rehabilitation program and works across Catholic Health to advance multidisciplinary, outcomes-driven care. He also leads a growing outpatient network with offices in Manhasset, Lindenhurst, and Lynbrook, with plans to expand throughout Long Island and the greater New York City area. His practice emphasizes evidence-based physiatry and interventional pain management, including fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided procedures.

Dr. Mammen oversees a team of physicians and advanced practice providers who deliver physiatry and pain management services to skilled nursing facilities across Long Island and New York City, ensuring continuity of care after hospital discharge.

He has served as a professor, instructor, and mentor to residents at NYU Rusk Rehabilitation and Northwell Health’s PM&R program. Before pursuing medicine, he studied Computer Engineering at the New York University Tandon School of Engineering. He later co-founded a health-technology company that integrates AI with global clinical expertise to enhance documentation, streamline operations, and reduce medical errors and delays. Across his clinical and technology leadership roles, Dr. Mammen has overseen more than 100 professionals in the U.S. and internationally.
